At Tree of Goals, our Support Services are designed to fit into real life. We’re flexible, reliable, and adapt to what each person actually needs.
Supported Independent Living is about having access to support services where you live, while still maintaining your independence. We work with participants in shared or individual living arrangements, providing the level of support that’s right for them, from help with cooking and cleaning to personal care, transport and daily routines.
Our focus is on making the home feel safe, settled and consistent. We take the time to understand who you’re living with, how you want things done, and what support is going to make day-to-day life more manageable.
Personal Care is about receiving the right level of assistance while keeping control of your daily routines. We support participants with tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting and medication, making sure each routine is handled with dignity and respect.
Our approach is about encouraging independence where possible and creating a safe, comfortable environment. We take the time to understand how you like things done, building trust and consistency with staff who make you feel at ease.
Respite Care offers safe and supportive short or longer stays, giving participants the chance to enjoy new experiences while families and carers can take a break. Our respite options are designed to be welcoming, structured and suited to a wide range of support needs.
We provide accessible environments, engaging programs and consistent staff so participants feel settled, comfortable and confident. By focusing on both care and meaningful activities, respite becomes an opportunity to build skills, connect with others and enjoy a change of routine in a safe setting.
Our Day Centre Activities provide a supportive environment where participants can learn, create and connect. Programs include cooking, art, gardening and other group sessions that encourage practical skills, creativity and personal growth.
These activities are designed to promote social connection and confidence, while also giving participants the chance to explore new interests. With guidance from trained staff and input from participants themselves, each activity is structured to be meaningful, enjoyable and suited to different abilities.
We support participants to get out and about in ways that feel comfortable and meaningful. Our Innovative Community Participation is about exploring new opportunities, building confidence and connecting with others. Participants can take part in tailored activities, outings and programs that match their interests and personal goals.
We focus on creating inclusive and engaging experiences that promote skill-building, social interaction and independence. From community events to group outings, every activity is supported by staff who ensure participants feel safe, involved and encouraged to make the most of each opportunity.
Our Household Tasks support helps make home life easier, safer and more comfortable. We help with everyday chores such as cleaning, laundry, bed-making, dishwashing, meal preparation, grocery shopping and light gardening, ensuring your living space is well looked after.
Our focus is on reducing stress and promoting independence. Whether it’s hands-on support or working alongside you to build skills, we tailor our help to your routines and preferences so your home feels welcoming, organised and manageable.
Our SDA housing is designed for people with high support needs who require specialised housing features. The homes are accessible, well-equipped and built to meet individual needs including things like wide doorways, hoists, reinforced fixtures and quiet, secure environments.
We work closely with each participant to ensure their living space is comfortable, safe and suited to their lifestyle. Whether you’re moving in for the first time or looking to transition from another setting, we can help make the process smooth and supported.

M is a new participant at Tree of Goals living with severe social anxiety. After completing her first support with Tree of Goals, her mother M contacted the management team and mentioned that M returned home so excited and satisfied with her supports. M was very happy as she mentioned that M has never gone out alone without her mother so this was a big achievement for her and M.

I think Tree of Goals is doing a fantastic job with my son. During a recent visit, Liz shared some positive feedback about his progress. She noted that he has been actively exploring new places of interest and increasing his walking, which has been a major goal for him. I was particularly impressed with the support he received from the Tree of Goals team, especially their encouragement for him to cut back on his Pepsi intake by two bottles per day. It's great to see such meaningful achievements!
